Alexis Dattilo is Director of National Accounts for Chelsea Group, Ltd., a leading firm in building science consulting. With Chelsea Group she coordinates projects for clients, keeping them on track and working together to negotiate changes and meet project goals. Working with major national real estate companies, she organizes the collection of facility screening and assessment data. She analyzes this data and assembles and delivers property reports. Her projects range from evaluating single buildings to managing the assessment of large multi-facility portfolios for sustainability performance and LEED certification. Ms. Dattilo serves as primary liaison between clients and the Chelsea Group team and leads regular client update meetings.
