Chris Munn
Mr. Munn has assessed dozens of buildings for Leadership in Energy
and Environmental Design (LEED) Certification, both evaluating the
facilities and conducting live interviews with property managers and
engineers to discuss the feasibility of certification. He recently
developed a detailed plan for LEED Certification and implemented
energy and indoor air quality studies for a Phoenix office building,

As
Regional Technical Manager, Chris Munn coordinates
the efforts of Chelsea Group, Ltd., on the West Coast. Mr. Munn
oversees day-to-day operations and provides technical oversight and
project management for the Western region. He is the main point of
contact between the Chelsea Group team and Western clients. In one
recent project, he oversaw implementation of the development of a
retrocommissioning program for over 775,000 square feet of class A
office space in Seattle, including building operations plans and
investigations.
